Kenyans to know election date before the end of this month.

Kibaki and Raila to set stage for the December election date.

Jamtaa can reveal today that the two principles will before the end of this month say when the grand coalition government will be dissolved- which is likely to be sometime in October this year.

The two principles will put in writing the date when the grand coalition government will officially come to an end.

The announcement from the IEBC is set to follow shortly after that which might put the date to sometime in mid December or late December.

Raila is said to try and push for a 2012 date because he doesn’t want to be accused of tampering or delaying the electoral process. Kibaki on the other hand wants to leave a legacy of a smooth transition even though he is not in a hurry to leave office.

This is the one thing that the two will get right for the first time in a long time.
