All indications are that Uhuru and Ruto will be confirmed by the ICC this week, jamtaa can confirm.
the hesitation by the ICC to make the much awaited ruling and the confusion over the date is just but an indication that the two will be confirmed.
The ICC would not hesitate to do so if the other four were to be confirmed. (less or no consequence at all)
the ICC is set to play politics with the issue because they want to create a balance within the two parties. Ruto's case is said to be lighter than that of Uhuru but the former must be confirmed just to create the balance.
Apparently, the ICC does not want to create anxiety in the country by announcing a definite date for the confirmation but it is set to come out between the 16th and the 19th of January 2012.
Another suspect who might not escape, in my opinion, is Muthaura, while it is 50-50 for Ali and Kosgey but Arap Sang' will walk. (and become MP)
