What Prophet Owuor told Raila in 2007

Self proclaimed Prophet Dr. David Owuor allegedly called Raila Odinga severally on December 26^th 2007 to meet him on what he termed as “urgent” but the latter reportedly refused to see him.

Dr Owuor who is reportedly in Raila’s think tank 2012 is said to have called Raila on the last day of campaigns (26^th) to allegedly “warn him” about the impending tragedy a week later.

According to sources, Owuor was to advise Raila to stand down from the election with only one day to go. This was apparently to prevent the coming disaster-the 2007-2008 post election violence.

In miguna’s own words, “Raila was already celebrating his victory even before the votes were counted”. This is exactly what he thought because he did not see what Owuor could possibly say to him at that time.

Raila is however said to have gone to see Dr Owuor when things went really bad but the latter said that it was too late then.

If these events contributed to Owuor being included in Raila’s team 2012, is for both of them to tell but one thing is apparent now, Raila has now come to highly value the opinion of the Prophet and it can be remembered that he Baptised the Prime minister in 2008.

It is rumored that besides preaching the “second coming of Christ” Dr Owuor is highly knowledgeable in political matters and has serious international links.

Whether this man of God is going to add value to Raila’s campaign is yet to be seen.
